What is the possibility that my cold air intake would suck up water?
I live in LA area. Is it even wroth worrying about because it does not rain as much as it does in Seattle. Is it worth thinking about a ram air intake although i am told they dont do much. I will get a cold air intake but should i be worried about sucking up water in the LA area. Also how can i protect it from the rain when it rains or can i not and i have to hope for the best.

you usually dont mount it that low to the ground although bmw did and had just that problem.if its mounted up high you will not have a problem.my jeeps is just under the hood and i drive in water over the tires without problems
