Grease Gun
How do you use a grease gun?
I got a grease gun to lube my travel trailer and my truck drive shaft. I am not sure how to use it. How many pumps should I use? How does it work exactly?
What actually holds it on and how do I get it off? It doesn't have a fitting like an air hose where you pull the thing back to release it.
The end of the gun's hose will fit over the grease fittings. Grease fittings look like a small almost cone with a small ball bearing in the top of them. The end of the hose will snap directly on to it. When I use one I put enough grease into the fitting so it just starts to spurt out around the edges of thatever I'm greasing up.
