Your starting pitching is really weak. Marcum and Garza are good. Zito is decent. The rest are very shaky.
And there is absolutely no reason to have 4 position players on your bench. Unless there is a limit on innings pitched, I would try to trade Juan Rivera, Ike Davis, Starlin Castro, and Corey Patterson for some pitching. You should probably have Morgan in your starting lineup because other than Andrus, you aren't going to get many other steals.
If you find a Cubs fan in your league, you can some pretty good value out of trading Castro.
