TORO 824 snowblower molel 308080 10 pts.?
I have a governor/linkage problem on my toro 88 824 snowblower.. I looked up the tecumseh manual but it doesnt show the specifics of where my governor lever linkage spring goes actually the holes..see diagram

parts number 138 139, and 140 specifically 138 the spring which holes do they go in on the plate assembly it doesnt seem that if i engage the throttle that it would kick back like I need another spring tobring it back after all the way up.. A nice good pic would be helpful
