Powr Till

Help me, my computer can't enter into window xp, whenever once it enter the XP logo, it will restart and reload, it will kept on going and restarting. this problem starts when i switch off the pc by pressing the powr button without proper shut down due to the computer serious hanging. and once i want to re-on it it when come to the page which say window did not shut down properly, so it will ask me to choice a option, safe mose, noraml etc, but no matter which option i choose, it will return and reload till it reach the page again and after i make my choice, it will once again reloas. Pls help me slve this problem, i do not want to reformat as i have lot of important stuff in it. I am using Acer and once i accidental;ly press and it enter the recovery page, i hope to get back there but it is still not possible as i do not know what button to press to gget into the recovery option. PLSS HELP! thanks and may god bless
