can anyone help me on where to find reliable go cart plans?

i need plans for a go cart for everything! frame, steering, clutch system, ( i dnt want to buy a centrifugal clutch though so i was thinking of v belts loose on a pulley and you pull a lever up and it aplies pressure to the v belt is this a good idea?

Try something like a snowmobile style drive system. I think that would be good. You can get those kinda clutches on ebay or something. As for plans i have no idea where to get them. If you find some with suspension let me know haha
